How to convert .Xvid format video file into someother format so that it can played using an ordinary VCD player

Use Wise DVD Creator 8.0 (*wise-dvd-creator.maketimesoft-inc.qarchive.org/)
It can convert avi/mpeg/xvid/wmv/asf/DivX file formats to DVD, SVCD, or VCD.
