Hi Guys ,

Recently I Decided To Increase My 20 GB Hard Disk. But I Did Not Have SATA So I Could Only Increase It To 80 GB.So The Computer Guy Came And He Put The New Hard Disk And Also Increased The RAM To 1 GB.But When He Put The XP CD The Welcome Screen Came And He Pressed Enter Then It Hanged At Some Message "Examining..... Something (I Dont Remember That). He Tried Everything But Nothing Happned. Finally Next Day He Changed The Hard Disk And XP Was Installed.

But Now I Have The Same Problem. My PC Wont Start It Shows A Blue Screen For A Few Seconds And It Restarts.I Tried Inserting XP Disk To Perform A CHKDSK But It Again Hanged.Plz Help Me......

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. My PC Won't Start In Safe Mode Either. It Restarts Before I Can Do Anything

2.I Have Tried Using Many XP CD's (At Least 4) And Even A Vista CD But No Luck

3.My CD ROM Is Fine It Worked Absolutely Well For At Least 4 Months

4.I Tried Removing My RAM Cleaning It And Putting It In The Other Slot But No Luck

5.Even Vista CD Would Not Install XP,It Gives Me Some Error.

Plz Help

Try formatting again(not quick format) with NTFS and then try reinstalling! Quick Format only deletes files and folders but doesn't create new tracks and sectors and for this reasons such types of error pops up sometimes...
