Word Processor/ editor with online/ offline sync

Hey guys I want a word processing/ editing app(like Ms Word) with the following features- 1. It should have an online and offline version so I can edit and create docs anywhere I want.
2. It should be able to sync between the two versions so that if I edit the document online it syncs the file with the one I have on my PC and vice-versa. (Like the way dropbox works). Please suggest. Thanks a lot.

If you have a hotmail account, you can edit / create word documents and save them to SkyDrive. You can download this files for offline manipulations and then sync it with SkyDrive.

It is FREE with some limitation, but is enough for office files.

If you need more features , you will have to buy subscription to office 360.
