You've been infected with the Sasser worm. When it gives you the shutdown message, go to Start>Run and type in shutdown -a. The shut down will be aborted.
Then, download the update from here to fix the hole first

Then download the removal tool from here

*securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sasser.removal.tool.html

and run it to clean the infection.

First get McAfee Stinger and do a scan (Stinger is not a full fledged AV, it's a removal tool for most of the viruses)...
*vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

then get hijack this and run it and paste the log file here

Ur system is got infected with W32.Sasser.E

Use AVG or Kasperesky, Norton Antivirus to keep that virus away.
Ur internet speed was also decrease and the system performance too. Install Windows XP Service Pack 2.
