hey guys i will be buying macbook pro 2012 as soon it releases.i have few questions in my mind before i buy a mac.i want to know if i can install windows 7/8 on my mac?i dont want dual booting.i only want to install windows.if yes,then how can i do it?

lol, what's the point of buying a Macbook Pro and not dual booting?

Yes, you can install only Windows on a Macbook Pro. Just don't install Bootcamp software in Windows after completing Windows installation.

If you don't want to use Mac, then why the hell are you buying a MBP?

Buy a normal laptop and see if you can install Mac (Hackintosh) on it along Windows.

unless there's a software compatibility issue that makes u choose Windows OS, give Lion a shot. u will fall in love with it. u will wonder how difficult windows OS is.

i have mbp with OS as well as dell with windows 7 (backup laptop).

u can experience windows 7 by buying windows 7 installed laptop (DELL/Asus etc) @ much lower price...

it will be pointless & waste of money to buy a macbook pro & installing only windows 7 (if u don't want Mac OS)
