I think u won't get an OEM copy of windows as it comes bundled with Branded systems.
u can buy Home Edition of Windows 7 x64 though

home premium costs ~6300 while pro ~9000.oem versions are easily available on international/US sites like amazon & newegg but here in India very hard to get.
