Windows Media Player 11 announced.

According to Paul Thurrot from WinSuperSite,here's the lowdown on WMP 11
"Microsoft's original plans for Windows Media Player (WMP) 11--formerly code-named Aurora--were fairly low-key, with just a few minor new features. That's all changed: Microsoft has canceled Aurora, and the company is moving the Longhorn media player to XP. Now code-named Polaris, WMP 11 will be a major release. There's just one problem: Instead of shipping in November, as per the original plan, WMP 11 will now ship in a public beta during that month, coinciding with Longhorn Beta 2. The final release is roughly scheduled for early 2006"

the way WMP10 has been giving trouble i m not gonna go for MP11. perfectly happy with my jetaudio.

nd mariner is MP10 is giving u trouble then what makes u think that MP11 will do the same???
ppl make progress...they learn frm mistakes ...

Media Player 11????

Not so excited becoz now a days soooo many players are available n so hardly use it.

But Media Player 11 must be good if it of Longhorn.

well i`ll sure try it out it has always been one of my favourites
well but they shud really give the mp3 burning plugin for free
