Windows drive error

suddenly, one of my drive become not responding. whenever i want to open the drive, it takes lots of time and displays "Drive is not formated, Format now?"

I have stored lots of important files in this drive and i don't want to lose it.

can anybody help .............. its urgent

This error is displayed when the disk is corrupted.
Things not to do:
1. Never click 'OK' for this message
2. Never try to partition the disk.

Solution:
1.If you have disk recover software like 'Recover my files', use it and recover the files
or
2.Download PC INSPECTOR recovery software. Here is the link 'PC INSPECTOR'.

Recover your data. Then format the drive.
