Windows 7 User Accounts Management Software

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a neat User accounts management software for Win7. Say .. I want to limit another accounts on the basis of a lot of features.. or maybe give exceptional added functionality.

Windows default software kinda sucks :/

Any alternatives available? (you can assume the scene of a typical corporate employee user account with certain features lost.. and these features are just more than the 'basics'. )

Active directory add on is what you should be looking for , specially if you have multiple systems with several users .
