Windows Live Hotmail Migration Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on August 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on August 31, 2007 (“Promotion Period”). Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
2) HOW TO ENTER: Access the Windows Live Migration Sweepstakes web site online at *www.windowslive-hotmail.com/sweepstakes, complete the online entry form, and follow the steps to migrate your account from MSN Hotmail to Windows Live Hotmail. Entrants must complete all required information on the Sweepstakes entry form and submit their entry by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on August 31, 2007 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and a single entrant may only use one (1) e-mail address account to enter during the Promotion Period. Multiple e-mail address accounts used for entry by a single entrant will not qualify for entry. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. Incomplete entries are void.
3) SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about September 14, 2007 from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received to award Sweepstakes prizes. The random drawing will be held under the supervision of Promotion Activators, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
4) PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: One-hundred (100) Prizes: winner’s choice of any one (1) of the following three (3) ASUS Laptop Computers: Model #VX2, Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,058.00; Model #S6Fm, ARV: $2,259.00; or Model #U3S, ARV: $1,799.00. Total ARV of all prizes: up to $305,800.00. Any applicable tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be awarded provided they are properly claimed, as described herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable. No barter, transfer, substitution or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion in the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
