win 7 help needed

i v never used a windows OS abv winXP n need some help
my new dell has windows 7 installed and i tried to backup my E63 contacts in my laptop
in the bluetooth tab i clicked on "Backup Contacts and Calendar Information from your Phone"... and it did sync it somewhere ... but i cant find out where its gone. its not in MS outlook contacts ... win 7 doesnt have an address book either ...
users >> <username> >> contacts has one file named <username>.contact but that doesnt have contact info of phonebook.

can someone plz help??

Haha, I was just trying to figure this out yesterday, but didn't put too much effort. I just know that if you click on Backup again, there is an option to restore the backup.

i did see that there is an option to restore it.but if my laptop OS crashes. i dont take a full OS backup
so i need the location on the laptop where the fone contacts are stored so that i can back them up else where ... it wud hardly be more than 500kb... i can keep them safely in my gmail box
