Will youtube streaming videos cost bandwith

I have a doubt "will youtube streaming videos cost bandwith" by watching streaming videos will cost Bandwith or not because i have got 400MB download by BSNL if by watching streaming videos will cost my Download or not........

Even surfing this forum costs you BAndwidth. Lisning to Radio(Internet one),viewing photos and wallpapers........and even chatting in YAhoo Mssgr, costs you bandwidth. In short, anything will cost.

man download means copying files from a distant computer through a modem and from a simple html page to streaming flash and anythinh u can dream of internet will cost your bandwidth coz all of the matter is first downloaded locally then displayed to us .
