Will this upgrade be worthy ?

I am having the Lenovo C100 laptop with 1.5 GHz Intel Celeron M 370 (1 MB L2 cache) and 2 GB DDR2 RAM (333 MHz).
I cannot upgrade the RAM as the board has a maximum support of 2 GB. So I am thinking of upgrading the CPU ( I will do it through paid professional service ). Now I have found out this INTEL-PENTIUM-M-PM-750-1-86GHz-CENTRINO-LAPTOP-CPU-SL7S9-2MB-533MHZ

My question is that, will I get any significant performance boost by doing this upgrade ? I usually use this machine for light applications and browsing. I am using win XP Pro. The detail of my configuration is attached in the text file.

P.S- The Global E-Bay is selling these at half the price ( $9-$12). But they do not ship to India.

Are you sure , because Lenovo has listed the CPU under serviceable part for this model.

However, I have never opened the case to look at the CPU so not sure whether it is permanently soldered or not.

Cilus is right, you can't upgrade the CPU.
