My current Config is

Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4 GHz (OCed to 2.9 Ghz)
Asus P5BVM-SE
G-Skill Pi 4 GB DDR2 RAM
Zotac GTS 250 512MB RAM
WD caviar black 1TB
cooler master extreme power plus 600w

I am planning to upgrade my system gradually, starting first with GFX card.
I am considering to buy ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 AMP Edition 2 GB Graphics Card. But my only concern is, will my old system be a big bottle neck in its performance or will it be a manageable for few months till i can upgrade my CPU+Mobo+RAM.

Let other comment first but I think your processor is not capable to handle 760

C2D E4600 will royally bottleneck the GTX 760 but GTX 760 is avery powerful card so depending on the screen res. and games a few months should be manageable for sure ;) :D
