Wifi Issues on my tab/router

Hey,
i bought a BSNL Penta IS703C two months back. the problem is that i have a D-Link Dir 600 router at my home by my tablet doesn't detect it. It detects every other wireless signal present, that of my neighbors,public places etc. but not my router's signal. And every other gadget in the house detects my wifi. the BSNL guys say that its not our fault and so is the reply of DLink people..... plz help. Heck i m not even sure that at which end the problem lies

Try connecting some other Wi-fi device to your router, if other devices are also not getting connected then problem might be with router.

every other wifi device is connected to my router notebooks, phones etc... and every other wireless network has been connected to my router except mine
