Wifi for Desktop

Please suggest wifi (usb) for desktop pc, compatible with:

1) Asus RT N13U.B1
2) Windows 7 64 bit


Budget : 1K

Buy any wifi adapter(g or n) for windows(USB or pci), they will work. E.g: dlink, belkin, net gear ect.

Asus N10 or N13...Which one is better ??

Instead of purchasing USB dongle, can I connect 2nd desktop using other wifi router ?


Is this possible ?
Modem --> Asus Router --> 1st Desktop --> New Router (via Asus Router) --> 2nd Desktop

dnt know abt this but you can connect 1st desktop via wifi and then connect the second desktop to 1st via lan and bridge connection on 1st desktop... this way both can be connected....

2nd PC in other room...Lan connection not possible

Just buy any 2 adapters. Asus are good.

N13 is a 300 mbps adapter while n10 is a 150 mbps router

Most adapters below 1K perform more or less the same, go for the Dlink DWA series, I use one from around 8m away between 2 walls and I get a signal of 4/5 bars.
