WiFi drops and dosen't work;Nokia Siemens Router with airtel connection

I have airtel connection with nokia siemens router.whenever I turn on my router,I can surf net and internet works fine on my desktop but the wifi dosen't work ,once I blindly hit the "save changes" button in my wireless settings at 192.16.1.1 without making any change,the wifi works,I can connect my mobile to internet via wifi,and i have to do this everytime.
previously I had BSNL connection with same router and I just need to power on it and I can connect it to wifi,i had never encountered such prob.
