You want to create WiFi hotspot, so then what do you need to use bluetooth for? Unless you need to connect mobile or headset? You could buy a WiFi adapter and a Bluetooth adapter each that plug into USB. There are also combined USB adapters for both. Or there's another option, Intel has Mini PCIe cards for laptops that have Wifi+BT. You could use a mini PCIe to PCIe adapter with them. They're the best, but pricey.
