budget: 6-7 k
display: 7"
Brand : any
camera : dont matter
os : android
connectivity :wifi

most important

Primary use of handset :

Movie movie and movie watching !! #no other things matter#
Yes.. which can play 720p/1080p movie smoothly (1080p not mendatory)
display Should be nice !
