Which laserjet MFP is better?

I need to urgently buy a Laserjet Multifunction printer for SOHO.

I have finalized 2 printers based on my budget:

Kindly suggest, apart from price, which one of the two is better.

Moreover, also suggest other better alternatives with justification.
