which broadband for mutiplayer or online gaming?

hello geeks
so here is my problem
my friend has a reliance broadband which doesn't have a landline phone what is it called? what type of broadband is it? is it a ethernet broadband?

i need a 512 kBps broadband connection for online gaming, but i don't want landline phone with it, mostly i play CS 1.6 and need a connection with good ping.

i stay in PUNE and my budget is upto Rs 600 please help me. one more thing, it should be UNLIMITED

Reliance have a night plan for 650 INR which gives 600kbps in day and 1mbps in night. I guess it will suffice your needs. Please do check the quality of service before applying in your region.
