Hello w8 u can't judge a branch in engineering as easiest or hardest.
You cannot say civil is easiest and ee is hardest.(Misconception dude)

In simple words it all depends on your hard work .

And for OP visit a counsellor!
Some steps-
1.take advice from your parents
2.discuss among your friends
3.take guidance if your teacher
4.visit a counsellor

See if you finally decide a field say engineering!
Only core fields have diploma-civil mech ee
Get diploma from reputed universities only
-Delhi University
-Pune University
-COEP
-NITs

Don't ever get diploma from other colleges!
(*Most important thing if you wanna pursue degree please please study cbse 10+2 math)

Or go directly 10+2

Advantages of diploma
-tonnes & tonnes of practical knowledge.

Advantages of 10+2
-Nice grades make beautiful resume
-Easy and simple portion
-Effective grading system

(Note:If you are going 10+2 go cbse only
Date of application starts from mid march only)

You have various options like-
1.CA(Bro no math genius required here bro it's pure accountancy and bylaws)
2.Medicine
3.Law(*New Field-Cyber Law-Start package-12 L +)
4.Architecture(If interested in design)

All the best

I too have prepared for jee
Got 9786 in 2012 though studying in PU

Note that jee mains is purely based on NCERT 11-12 Math Chem Phy

Other reference books
-Organic Chemistry-Lee(Watch video of bonding)
-Pair HC Verma and CBSE Phy will help a lot!

A thumb rule( Which I failed to follow)
-10+1 = Study 3 hrs daily (1 hr to each sub weekdays
Weekend 2 hrs revision done

-dnt tk 10+1 exam lightly.just score 80 percent(quite easy ) to maintain impression on ur teachers
(They help u in prax)

-In summer vacation increase your study and cover up 12th syllabus( ur jee coaching will cover up half portion)

-10+2 dedicate 90 min per subject per day PCM

-By November u must have covered portion.

-Post 45 days of board plz plz keep everything aside and prepare(60% weight age in universities )
Get above 75+

-Attempt test series

-Give each and every exam and underestimate none
Aieee bitsat vitee cet etc.

_____________________________

Note if you realise it's not your cup of tea leave it and plz score in boards and aieee

I didn't get COEP as I had low marks in CET
Got good college in PU with AIEEE score

So if you think it is not possible get CBSE and SSC prepared. You will clear Mains easily!
(No intention to discourage you bro)

All the best

See depends on you!If you are a good learner don't join coaching classes!

What did I do-
1.Got Study material from 2 Institutes(Good institutes)

2.Cleared doubts among my friends who luckily were studying for jee

3.Got my basics cleared from NCERT then moved to reference

4.Got Seniors help

Any way you will be spending around 1L+ in coaching easily instead get admission in nice school and order study material from 2 institutes (20k bucks)

If you are not fast learner go for coaching(My advice go for integrated college+coaching approach)
