Go for Asus or Samsung, the new ones of which have dual core atom processors. Upgrade the RAM to 2 GB for around 1.2K Rs extra.

Asus one costed me 22k with dual core + RAM upgrade.

Place - Lamignton road, Mumbai.

This was some 3-4 months back. Maybe there are new models now. I am still very much happy using it.
