The price for wndows xp prof is 5600/- and you can get a sp2 cd form microspft.com for free. somply register for a free sp2 cd. it wil be posted to you.

If you are still intent then it will be around 5000 rs. Depends on availability.Check several places but PRAY DON'T GET PIRATED VERSION.

SP2 was free with Digit cd or DVD.
