What is the local market price of nexus 7 (2013) right now?

I want to buy a nexus 7(2013). Its available for Rs.17,890 on flipkart (16GB,Wifi). Please quote the price if any of you have recently bought a nexus 7 from the local market for cheaper.
Is there a better tablet available in the market around that price? My priorities are mainly web browsing and a little bit of gaming.

For what it's worth, if you don't want 3G, then Nexus 7 2013 is the best thing to have.

For your purpose of "mainly browsing" and a "little bit of gaming", even a 2012 model would do which I bought for 9k few months ago. But sadly, its not available now.

One peice of advice Google I/O is near so Nexus 8 is on the cards. Once launch you will see a good discount available. But if in early buy need get it now at this price point.
