i have a google adsense account which was deactivated because i myself clicked my adds (i am such a fool that i clicked my own adds to test them). now google does not even allowing me to open a second adsense account.

when i disconnect my net connection or restart my adsl modem my IP gets changed. i have BSNL broadband (business plan).

now my question is what exactly my IP is or how can google track me that i am using this computer for adsense account and that i can not register second time from my computer. it is my IP address or what that google is tracking.

bsnl uses dynamic ip's..so its bound to change evrytime u re-connect...may be google has a cookie on ur comp....
