When you login, you will see 3 tabs
your Username, Inbox & Alerts and top right side.

Just hover mouse of Username and a Dropdown menu will slide
click on Signature on 2nd row 1st column

just edit your signature

You can write a "slogan" or "tag line" or "something about yourself" which will appear at the bottom of all your posts. This is called "forum Signature".
