Soyabean with roti , dahi, and haldiram raita boondi
its been almost about 3-4 weeks since i've stopped taking breakfast..The main reasons for "no breakfast":
1. I play tennis from 6 to 8-8:30..Then, i have to race back to home & get ready for my college which starts at 9.
2. This "no breakfast" policy is a part of my diet regime. I've been trying to reduce my food-intake to reduce my weight. Hence, i take no breakfast, normal lunch & light dinner.
Current weight is at 76..Need to bring it @ 70kg..

Try eating Eggs.. They give a nice boost.
Chana dal & its stock water are also a good option.
. I really sometimes envy those guys who are trying to increase their weight..
One of my friends is underweight at 55 kg or something..& he eats way more than me & still stays thin .. & here , if i drink only water, i still gain weight.
Eating Top Ramen Curry. Good to see Top Ramen is once again back in the market. I've loved it more than Maggi all throughout my childhood.
