What can be the most powerful home pc at present?

Well what do you think? What can be the most powerful home pc at present? Which can play all the latest game flawlessly at highest settings. Which can easily handle photoshop or maya.
I am not going to buy this (I can not if i wish to :cry:)
I am just asking. Think it like a casual discussion thread. I am asking because I have read many thread in which in spite of having a huge budget,there is compromisation. So i am curious about what is the maximum budget or configuration of a (ultimate) pc at present.

If you have got the budget to upgrade every another year (or a couple), then no compromisation needs to be done.

You see if you go for the best in the market no matter what then budget would go to about 2-3 lacs but if you need a really nice rig then I guess 1-1.5 lacs is enough for anything.
Lets say that you want all the accessories then only accessories will set you back for about 100K+ for sure. Now add the best CPU and GPU and you got around 100K+ and then add other components and you got around 100+K again. Overall 300K+. :p

I guess I'll have to take the post of steve ballmer to upgrade the system every few months then :p
