welcome screen of xp

i have lost the welcome screen of the xp. now i see is clasic 2000 style logon screen instead of xp style..
and i also dont want to click on icon after i get xp style screen back i want directly login

I dont do how to that manually. However, you can do all these things with Window tweaking softwares. Look google for some.

I think what u need is Automatic Login.
Here's a microsoft article to turn on the said feature:

to get windows welcome screen back: logon wid admin previlages. goto control panel> user accounts. on the main window click change the way users log on or off. enable the welcome screen from there. click apply.

for auto logon the safest way is to enable autologon thru tweakui. you''ll get this utility from microsoft's powertoys download page.

however if you are comfortable editing the registry then get back here.

Log in with an adminitrator account.... Then Go to Control Panel >>> User Accounts >>> Change the way a user lon on or Log off

u should get back the log in srceen....
