Weird issues with Jio

I got Jio sim few days back only. Anyways the culprit was battery saving. I deleted all apps that I installed but still the issue was there. I installed Knox, was going to try it but it said to turn off power saving. I turned it off and forgot to turn it back on and it is working fine as of now. Thanks for your valuable advice and time.
