Weird Display Issue...No Idea what's causing this.

Please check the pic. Happens quite a bit when I right click and select any of the options from the context menu. The option I selected stays on screen- on top of everything & does not go away until I restart my PC. Is this a problem of the graphic card, the monitor or anything else. Didn't even know where to post this, so posted in this section. I need some solutions. Thanks a lot.

I faced such issue when I was using Xp with lots of transformation packs for better looks .. the the XP isntall got seriously messed up I had to fresh install the OS.
