Okay after all these blocking of sites which we love and like, we have to find a way to give our ISP a halwa. 
So Now im gonna list the ways i know to bypass these kind of restrictions.
1. Use a web based proxy (e.g. hidemyass.com)
2. Use an ip based proxy (e.g. Free Proxy List - Public Proxy Servers (IP PORT) - Hide My Ass!)
3. Use a free/paid SSH proxy (e.g. Free SSH Account 2012 | Free SSH Tunel | Fresh Proxy | Proxy Update Everyday)
4. Use anonymizers . (e.g. tor,ultrasurf)
Tell us if you have anyother new way to anonymize yourself and can bypass proxy.
