Want to connect my Phone In Linux

Hii,

I want to connect my phone (Sony Ericcsson K510i) in Linux(not as a mass storage device) becoz i want to use it as a modem in Linux

There isnt ant PC SUITE for linux. Please help me Its urgent

Just connect the phone using cable.
Open terminal and enter command wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf as root
It will detect ur phone.
Now edit /etc/wvdial.conf
Phone number *99#
Username :Anything you want
Password:Anything

Remove any semicolon if there at beginning of any line and append stupid mode = 1 at the end

You should be able to connect using the command wvdial now.

I wanna send sms through the mobile connected to USB of my linux system.
