Dell XCD35 or the updated Idea Blade (sim can be changed) are descent mobiles with really high resolution. Idea Blade have better processor & half a gig of ram. LG Optimus One have a HVGA screen (minimum needed for most games to support) & same half gig ram. Net uses a 800Mhz processor & "may" offer slightly better gaming. Optimus One have a huge community for its development & even if it have a slower processor, it can outmatch net.

but the high resolution of the Dell & Blade can cause problem for the GPU. for such resolution one needs something like 1Ghz processor to offer descent gaming. HD games "may" lag. Another option is HTC Explorer. excellent mobile but with only ~50Mb internal memory. rest is occupied by Sense crap & other HTC proprietary apps hence may cause problem if you intend to install more than a few games & apps at a time.

As your brand preference is Samsung and HTC. You can go for Samsung Galaxy Y, it is having all the latest features like touch screen, android OS etc.

If you want to go for HTC then HTC Explorer is the only model which suits your requirements and fits in to your budget.
