That will be my last choice, as i need something powerful which should be able to handle hd4890/gtx280, and if i get a good offer i can increase my budget.

FSP SAGA II 500W @ 2.1k is just powerful enough to even handle a 6850 with ease.
I hope you it can handle your specs.
Still its better if you find a better PSU at this price.

Current price of tx750 is 5900 shipped, so i think Rs3.5k will be okay price for a 1 or 2 years used tx750, anyways i am also open to offers.
