HI,
I want to buy a android phone my budget is below 25,000,I am looking at sony,samsung and HTC.I saw a lot of models i cant fix one.I like to play games and want to watch HD videos in mobile
any one tell me which is the best smart phone for this price range?

Xperia S if you want a great camera with good looks. Samsung Galaxy S2 is still an overall balanced phone with a great modding scene. Increase your budget a bit and get galaxy note if you desire a phablet.

Your link is a fallacy, don't confuse people here, the One S you had pointed is the USA version, the Indian version is nowhere near as powerful as it has Snapdragon S3 SOC. Basically it has the same CPU/GPU as SL BUT SL has a better screen(higher res), 10 finger touch, twice the inbuilt storage, wi fi direct, much better front and back cam, GONASS and a larger battery.
