Want to Build A 1440P Gaming Pc for 1.8 lakhs

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: I want a gaming PC that can run games on 1440P resolution at 144HZ, I mainly play DOTA2, CSGO, Skyrim, Witchers III, Overwatch.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 1.8 Lakhs

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7/10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 2TB (SSD+7200RPM Combo)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Acer Predator XB271HU or similar model with 1440P, 144HZ and 27"

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard , Mouse , Headset

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In a month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes. Will assemble it myself

Total comes out to be >200k.

Seems like you forgot to add the price difference in the proccy.

I dont think investing in G Sync monitor for 64k is too much
Its better to go with anything cheaper

Presently nothing in AMD is equivalent to GTX1080.
Sapphire RX480 8GB Nitro + @ 25k is equivalent to GTX1060 only right now.

AMD next gen gpu architecture Vega is about to be released in Q1 2017 using HBMemory.

I believe you can add a 144HZ/freesync/g-sync based monitor on a later date when the prices for them come down. Although, monitor is a slow moving and it can take 1 or 2 years. You can get 3 good quality Korean 1440p monitors including customs in the same price you'll get a 144hz monitor today. Just my 2 cents.

Korean monitors might be cheaper but what about RMA when you need to send for service.

Its better to stick with BenQ or Asus for that matter.

Yes, you are right since GSync is a proprietary tech nvidia is charging extra so the monitor cost + GSync tech cost culminates to exorbitant price.

Where as AMD is not charging extra for its developed tech called FreeSync, the vendors in monitors are pricing it at actual rates only.

But AMD GPUs until now are not that faster than nvidia ones.

We need to wait for AMD Vega GPU to be released in Q1, 2017 which comes with 12nm manufacturing process and also uses High Bandwidth Memory.

Hence they shall cost a lot.
