Ans: Downloading and watching video's - absolutely no games at all

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Flexible but has to be cheap as the purpose is just an always On download machine

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: windows 7, or any compatible OS, might try win8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have an HDD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I have a monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: monitor, mouse, speakers, ups, HDD, cd rom[I can take one out from my notebook] are not needed.

I have a spare HDD, monitor, mouse, UPS and CD/DVD rom drive and of course, Speakers and OS

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within the next 30 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:I can build a desktop , I am a computer professional

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Bangalore, can buy locally and online

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
I need to build an Itx machine so that this thing can be as small as possible
I am looking for a system board with CPU preinstalled

BTW, why install Windows on a PC meant for download only? A lightweight Linux distro should do fine.

Um I wanna watch some movies too and this will have to work with itunes and other software, torrent, chrome. I mean I need resources for browsing stuff too.

Alternatively, you can get this too:-

I think you should not face any problem running your apps with this combo. Otherwise, finding a ITX/mini-ITX board will take its own sweet time.

Amount you save over G645 + MSI H61 (which is around 2K i guess) compare to this one, would be spent in a proper Mini-ITX cabinet

afaik, ebay is the only source. And if you want to run windows, then you should stick with traditional pc's as pi would not be able to handle windows while on 24x7 use.
