but just to inform 9600gt can overclock more than 8800gt (in stable state)

Stock: 650/1600/900
Max Stable OC: 821/2105/1050

8800gt
Stock: 640/1600/900
Max Stable OC: 730/1825/1050

and 9600 run cooler than 8800 in 3dmark test

8800gt - Temp>> Idle:38c Load: 47c
9600gt - Temp>> Idle:33c Load: 46c

but 8800 wins in performance

...i think my psu(intex smart 450w)is not good....

Whats the problem with EVGA?
It's the best card available, atleast better than XFX and it's also available in India.
