Samsung champ 3.5g and samsung chat 527 have secondary cam and wifi but not dual sim...
micromax ninja a50 has everything xcept secondary cam...
increase ur budget a wee bit and get micromax a73...

Here you are suggesting OP to go for a micromax phone.
And you know it is not a wise choice.
IMHO, we should not suggest a product if we know the negative aspects of it.
Just a suggestion.
If the op can live without dual sim, samsung champ 3.5G (s3770) and samsung primo can be good options.
