Never heard of it. And neither the site ur link leads to. Though specs wise seems pretty decent. Battery seems a bit less for the dual core tablet, but so is the price. 
Also it doesnt have any back camera. Am not sure if there are any alternate dual cores in this price range, but i recommend getting a bit more known co. device. Like may be Ainol or Micromax.
