Better to wait,
let the govt decide what they have to do with themselves.
And this wait is not gonna over before the month of August..

Thinking like you can wait till diwali season.. or next tech-breakout..

If you have planned or in hurry then close your eyes and do what your heart says, there is not gonna be 20,000 cut off in your budget if you wait for few months, so better do your homework today.

Just reading for typos I think i am also confused.

nehalem is coming in September 2008

1) Integrated memory controller
2) Integrated IGP (not on-die but packed)
3) Native quad core. (till now quad core was two dual cores on one die)
4) 45nm manufacturing
5) Intel QuickPath Interconnect, replacing the legacy front side bus
6) Expected 20% to 50% performance gain over current Penryn with only 10% increase in power consumption
7) Support for DDR3

A 2.93 GHz Nehalem "Bloomfield" system has been used to run a 3DMark Vantage benchmark and gave a CPU score of 17966

So, please wait till september. It's the biggest release since the Core2Duo.

HD 4850 is current king of sub10k GPU's and yes, defintiely it's price will fall in coming months.

moreover, HD4870 will be much much more affordable.

This card, currently priced at 19k performs neck-to-neck with GTX280 which costs double it's price.

Im gonna spend only 10k for the gfx card...will HD4870 fit under my budget then???
