Someone Please tell me the way to remove the worm W32.RONTOKBRO@MM...its killing my pc.....please help

W32/Rontokbro.J is an email worm. The worm will infect Windows systems and spreads through email.

Spy Sweeper and Spyware Doctor can successfully remove them. download instal and update one of them them. run their scan in safe mode.
