VPN error

I used to use sumrando to bypass my network administrator and access blocked sites but but one fine day,due to some power problem,my laptop accidently turned off suddenly,ever since then sumrando stopped working,tried reinstalling it and it shows error "failed to install the VPN driver.the application cannot perform without the driver.retry?"...i retried a loads of times,doesnt work....help....!!!!

I use Ultrsurf and Tor Browser to access the blocked sites at my college. why not give these a try?
