Viewsonic Monitor problem..

Friends,
I have Viewsonic 17" (E-70 Model)Monitor. since last few days
while doing work on my computer or watching television on it, It gives me message that "Memory Recall OK?" & even if press "No" all settings set to default and screen becomes with full contrast.
message comes even when monitor remains idle and no inputs from keyboard or monitor and comes anytime randomly...

can any body help....?
