TX 650V2 is way more than enough,you dont need a TX850V2.
The Monitor can be had cheaper at 18,515 or lower.
Rams can be had cheaper too.

Check for the best prices , or compare and buy at Prime ABGB,MD Computers,SMC International and IT Depot. they all are online or have websites.

For that amount of money, you should definitely include an SSD. Cut down on the PSU and case. Get a 650W PSU and Corsair 400R or CM Haf 912 case. That should save you enough to buy a 120gb SSD.
