If it is prescott , you should not have OC'd it in the first place . Total POS processor from intel.

@janitha: well m not gona bet on dat but dats wat i know coz i had been thru similar probs earlier...n i failed 2 save my cpu...so twas crimited...lol.....nwez u may opt for wat guys sayin here....all da best....or can wait for some more reps

well my proccy in running fine & i am not having any stability issues even after running 4 to 5 hours.My mobo which is of biostar has a special feature called as WATCHDOG which checks stability issues & vulnerable state for processor and automatically resets the default FSB.
