Hi Guys! :D
I am using Win XP (SP 2). I have three VCDs of an occasion. I want to convert them into a single disk DVD. Please suggest me how to get that done.
With regards!

b4 u do it, jus kno dat just cuz u make it into one dvd, it doesnt mean the quality of d video will improve from nromal vcd to normal dvd quality

it will remain the same

the only thing is dat it will become one dvd to carry insteda 3 vcds

heres how 2 do it

first, u have to copy the video file of each vcd into ur pc.

then use a converter such as Advanced X Video Converter to convert those DAT files into MPEG or AVI or something

then, use a software like DVD Santa to burn these video files onto a dvd

u can dload the converters here:

DVD Santa - *www.allformp3.com/dvd-santa/
Advanced X Video Converter - *www.aoamedia.com/Convert_DAT_to_MPEG.htm

Use Nero Vision Express instead

To save all your pains Nero Vision Express comes to your rescue!!

It has DVD-Video option if u've got Nero Ultra Edition!
-Just add all the three video files to your project
-Tweak the necessary options
-Wait.......................................
-You're done with the DVD

But as Ishaan mentioned above, the video quality will remain the same!!

Nero Vision Express is only for VCD's n DVD's n slide shows. So no question of data CD.

The DVD will play on ur player.

most DVD players cant read DVD-RWs so take care of that

and some DVD players dont even read DVD-Rs but those are rare normally all of them do

if u want to make it a data dvd, its much easier. u can just take the converted video files of the vcds and burn them as you would burn a word file or something on a dvd
