utorrent & proxy server

I have an always on broadband internet connection which has proxy settings. Now I'm not able to configure utorrent to work on that connection. I also tried other softwares such as bittorrent, bitcomet, azureus etc. but there was no results. Any help???

you have to enter the proxy address and the proxy port in utorrent.

Open utorrent, Options>Preferences...... Connection

Enter proxy type, port, address.

I tried that before but there is no result... any other suggestion???

in some proxy servers....either there is no support for torrent download... or the port is blocked....

u hav to check the settings of the proxy server itself....
